As the year comes to an end, I reflect on what a year 2020 has been. It has been a year that none of us will probably ever forget. We were shut down for a little over a month during the spring and then opened back up to the best summer and fall we have had in over 10 years. Wave Dancer Charters, being a private charter boat, offered a safe way for families and friends to get outdoors, away from others and enjoy their day – catching lots of fish!

2021 is going to be a great year! We look forward to seeing our old friends and making new ones. To all our clients that missed fishing with us this year for one reason or another, we can’t wait to get you back out on that water! And to all the new clients getting their first experience with a Wave Dancer Charter this coming year, welcome to the family!

Red Snapper season is tentatively set for June 1- August 1, 2021 and we are hoping for great weather the entire season. The Close Offshore /Jetty trips were also up from last year. These are either 4 or 6 hours long on a private boat not far from shore. They are lots of fun for the entire family from 5 years of age to 90 years of age! We catch a large variety of fish – from Sheepshead to big Bull Redfish to adrenaline pumping sharks all summer long.
