Customers will receive a deposit credit with 14 days advance notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a deposit refund or re-schedule credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Trip price subject to change up or down due to fuel prices. Balance paid with card will be charged an additional 3%. Customary tip for captain/crew is 20%-25%.

State Water trips stay inside Texas state waters, out to 9 miles. The 8-Hour Offshore trip on Instagator or Wave Dancer 2 is a different trip that runs about 30 miles out into federal water.

Wave Warrior and Pole Dancer are not federally permitted, which means they are allowed to catch red snapper and pelagic fish in state waters. Our larger sportfishing yachts, Instagator and Wave Dancer 2, are federally permitted and are not allowed to fish for reef fish or pelagic species in state water. The 26-footers are also center consoles, so you fish 360 degrees around the boat.
