Deposit, weather and cancellations

Customers will receive a deposit credit with 14 days advance notice of cancellation. Customers will receive a deposit refund or re-schedule credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Trip price subject to change up or down due to fuel prices. Balance paid with card will be charged an additional 3%. Customary tip for captain/crew is 20%-25%.

There’s nothing quite like it. The rod tip twitches, the line starts peeling and the reel begins to scream. This four-hour trip is built for that moment.

Your captain runs you to nearshore water where sharks typically feed and sets the baits. Depending on season, blacktips, bull sharks, spinners, sharpnose and bonnetheads are all common targets off Galveston. Some fight short and fast. Some take everything you’ve got.

How is this different from the Shark Hunt?

Shark Fishing is four hours on one of our 26-foot boats. The Shark Hunt is six hours, runs on all four boats, and gives you more time on the water and the option of a bigger boat.

Is there a season for shark fishing?

Yes. Shark Fishing is seasonal. Call us to confirm current dates and availability before booking.

Can kids come shark fishing?

Plenty of families love this trip. Tell us the ages in your group when you book, or call us first and we’ll talk it through.

What if the weather turns?
