November is the month in which we take a moment to show our gratitude to everyone and everything we have that enriches our lives. At Wave Dancer Charters, we are so thankful for our family and friends, our amazing team, and—of course—the fishermen and women that we are excited to take out on the water every day.
Along with November being a great month for giving thanks, it is also a wonderful month for fishing!
Galveston Fishing in the Fall
Fall brings cool weather and outstanding opportunities for fishing in Galveston, Texas. Some of the great fish that are active this time of year include:
- Redfish
- Speckled Trout
- Flounder
- Black Drum
- Sheepshead
Our crew knows all of the best spots to find fantastic fall fish that are fun to catch and delicious to eat.
Not experienced with fishing on a charter boat? Never been fishing? Don’t worry! We can tailor your trip to meet your specific needs. Whether you have never cast a reel or you pull in fish like a pro, we will make sure you have a phenomenal trip you’ll remember for years to come.
Visiting Galveston
There are a ton of fun things to do in the fall in Galveston, Texas. The Lone Star Rally is a particularly popular event in early November for bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts. There are also amazing fall festivals to enjoy.
Along with the fun festivals and events, we have year-round activities that include aquariums, museums, theaters, and (of course) the beautiful beaches around Galveston. These include Porretto Beach, East Beach, Stewart Beach, and many more. These beaches have clean water, soft sand, and even fun activities for your family and you to enjoy.
Looking to eat the fish you caught right after you reel them in? Wave Dancer Charters can also provide a “Catch and Cook” experience. This is where we clean the fillets for you after you catch them, and you then take your fish to a nearby restaurant for them to prepare it for you!
